Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Sancar Media Ltd (company number 16010239, registered in England and Wales; registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom)(“Outtest”, “we”) for using Outtest. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you accept them. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you can accept them for it, and “you” means the company.

1. Who can use Outtest

Outtest is for businesses. You must be 18 or over, give us a real email address, and keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

2. What Outtest does

Outtest reads the numbers from the tools you connect, suggests split tests, runs them on your site or ads within the rules you set, and reports which version made more money. Results are estimates from real traffic. They can be wrong, and a winning test can do worse later. We don't promise any particular increase in revenue.

You decide how much the agents do on their own. On “Ask me first”, every test waits for your approval. On autopilot, agents launch tests within your plan, but changes to checkout, pricing and cancel flows still wait for you. You're responsible for what appears on your site, including checking that prices, offers and claims in your tests follow the law where you sell.

3. Connecting your tools

When you connect a tool, you let Outtest use it with the access shown on the connect screen. Only connect accounts you're allowed to. You can disconnect any tool at any time from Connections, which deletes its token and the numbers we pulled from it.

4. Plans, billing and cancelling

• Prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars, plus any tax that applies.
• You pay in advance, monthly or yearly. Your plan renews on its own until you cancel.
• A test counts toward your monthly limit when it goes live. Ideas you turn down don't count.
• Switching plans takes effect straight away, and Stripe adjusts the charge for the time left.
• You can cancel any time from Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then stops, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-used periods, except where the law says we must.
• If a payment fails, we'll email you. If it still fails after Stripe's retries, your plan stops.
• We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to you.

5. Fair use

Don't use Outtest to:

• test on a site or account you don't control;
• show visitors fake reviews, fake scarcity, hidden fees or anything else misleading or illegal;
• break, overload, copy or resell Outtest, or get around its limits;
• break anyone else's rights or the law.

If you do, we can pause tests or suspend your account. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

6. Your data and your visitors

Your data stays yours. You let us use it only to run Outtest for you, as the privacy policy describes. For data about your site's visitors, you're the controller and we're your processor. That means we:

• only use it to run your tests and reports, on your instructions;
• keep it confidential and secure, and limit who can reach it;
• only use the providers listed in the privacy policy, and tell you before adding new ones;
• help you answer visitors who ask about their data, and tell you without delay if it's ever breached;
• delete it when you close your account, unless the law says we must keep it.

You're responsible for telling your visitors about Outtest and getting any consent your law requires before the script runs.

7. AI suggestions

Agents write test ideas, copy and analysis with AI. It can be wrong. Read what they propose before you approve it, especially anything about prices, legal claims or your customers.

8. Our property

Outtest, its software and its design belong to us. Winning versions of your pages, and the copy written for them, are yours to keep. If you send us feedback, we can use it without owing you anything.

9. Availability

We work to keep Outtest running, but we don't promise it will never go down or never have bugs. We may change features over time. If we take away something important you pay for, we'll tell you first.

10. Liability

Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

11. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time by emailing outtest@sancarmedia.com. We can end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms. When it ends, tests stop, and we delete your data as the privacy policy describes.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before. Using Outtest after that means you accept the new terms. If you don't, cancel before they start.

13. Law

The law of England and Wales governs these terms, and its courts decide any dispute. Questions about these terms go to outtest@sancarmedia.com.
